新型三价铬镀层耐蚀性的评价

Abstract针对某汽车零部件厂商提供的塑料件上电镀新型铜/镍/铬复合镀层,采用铜加速乙酸-盐雾腐蚀和俄罗斯泥腐蚀两种腐蚀条件评价新型三价铬镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明,与传统六价铬体系镀层相比,三价铬体系镀层中的铁元素和镀层致密性是造成镀层耐蚀性小幅下降的主要因素,但新型三价铬体系镀层仍表现出优良的耐蚀性能。
