B在K417G合金中作用研究

Abstract研究了B在0-0.035%含量范围内对K417G合金组织性能的影响,结果表明:当B含量低于0.012%时,主要固溶在碳化物中;当B含量增加到0.016%,析出少量块状硼化物;随B含量增加,硼化物析出增多,呈块状分布在晶界或共晶处。B对碳化物析出无明显影响,但明显促进γ+γ′共晶析出,并增大合金中疏松形成趋势。随B含量增加,持久性能明显改善。
