He气冷却强度对GH4169合金VAR锭铸态组织的影响

Abstract本文研究了He气冷却强度对GH4169合金(?)508mm VAR锭铸态组织的影响。研究结果表明:随着He气冷强度的加强,表面激冷组织区变小,钢锭的横纵向枝晶间距不断减小,偏析区减小。当He冷却强度低时,熔池较深,中间出现明显等轴晶区;随着He气冷却强度的增强,熔池变浅,钢锭中心部位基本转变为人字形柱状晶;但当He冷却强度增加至实验的高He冷条件时,熔池重新加深,锭中心部位又呈现出等轴晶特征。
