恢复热处理对铸造镍基高温合金中σ相的影响

Abstract本文研究了通过恢复热处理消除抗热腐蚀铸造镍基高温合金蠕变和长期时效过程中析出的σ相,从而恢复合金的组织与力学性能的方法和机理。结果表明长期时效后合金在1000-1170℃固溶时,σ相逐渐回溶到基体,且固溶温度越高,σ相回溶越快;经优化恢复热处理后,长期时效后合金拉伸与持久性能得到有效恢复。蠕变过程中析出的σ相可以在固溶处理中回溶,并且定量研究了蠕变过程中σ相回溶规律。同时,根据元素扩散理论,本文对σ相回溶机理进行了讨论。
