浇注温度对K417G合金组织的影响

Abstract本文研究了不同浇铸温度对K417G合金显微疏松、晶粒尺寸、枝晶组织、析出相和元素偏析的影响。结果表明,浇铸温度从1420℃提高到1480℃,合金的显微疏松倾向明显降低,晶粒尺寸增加,枝晶干变宽,枝晶间距增大。提高浇铸温度促进碳化物和(γ+γ′)共晶相的形核与长大,同时提高(γ+γ′)共晶相中(Al+Ti)的含量。
