结构化纳米分子筛催化剂的甲醇制丙烯性能

Abstract工业MTP颗粒堆积固定床反应器传热、传质性能差,需采用多薄层催化剂和高水比,来防止床层飞温并维持较高的丙烯产率。将纳米分子筛以涂层形式负载到泡沫碳化硅载体表面,制成结构化纳米分子筛催化剂。利用泡沫碳化硅载体高导热系数、高几何外表面积、低压降的特点,在保持纳米分子筛高活性、高丙烯产率的同时,提高其抗积碳能力。甲醇制丙烯小试结果表明:与颗粒MTP催化剂相比,结构化纳米分子筛催化剂的显著优势在于单位质量分子筛活性高;即使与等体积工业MTP催化剂相比,也具有相当的活性与稳定性;并且在较低的水比条件下,即可得到较高的丙烯产率与P/E比。
