晶粒组织结构对K417G整体铸造高温合金持久性能的影响

Abstract研究等轴晶、柱状晶和混合晶组织对K417G整体铸造高温合金持久性能的影响。结果表明:等轴晶转变为柱状晶时,共晶及缩孔的体积分数降低,且碳化物的形貌从块状变为草书体状;试样的持久寿命与延伸率呈正相关,混合晶粒组织的持久性能和延伸率与等轴晶组织相当,但显著低于柱状晶组织。
