硼对铸造K3625合金组织稳定性的影响

AbstractK3625是Ni-Cr基固溶强化型高温合金,以Mo和Nb为主要固溶强化元素,主要用于我国700℃超超临界机组大型汽轮机的气缸等铸件。本文研究了添加合金元素B对该合金热处理态组织及性能的影响。结果表明:B的添加促进碳化物分散分布,并明显改善了合金的室温和700℃拉伸塑性,对拉伸强度影响不大。
