热等静压后热处理对K452高温合金力学性能的影响

Abstract研究了热等静压后热处理对K452高温合金在900℃拉伸性能和900℃/200MPa下的持久性能的影响。结果表明:热等静压后热处理明显改善了合金900℃拉伸塑性,对合金900℃拉伸强度没有明显作用;可保证合金900℃/200MPa的持久性能与典型指标性能在同一水平;热等静压处理没有改变合金的断裂方式。
