碳含量对一种镍基高温合金组织的影响

Abstract研究了0.04%~0.305%碳含量对一种镍基合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明,随碳含量增加,碳化物数量增加,尺寸增大,合金中的共晶数量和尺寸逐渐减少。碳含量小于0.09%,碳化物以细针状为主,析出数量较少。碳含量大于0.23%,碳化物以块状为主,析出数量增加。试验碳含量范围内合金疏松均单个存在。较低和较高碳含量合金中疏松平均面积较大,中间碳含量合金中疏松平均面积变化不大。进一步研究了碳含量对合金中Al、Ti、V、Cr等元素偏析的影响规律。
