新型高强抗热腐蚀合金DZ468

Abstract为满足海空使役条件下叶片材料需求,中国科学院金属研究所研发出了一种新型高强抗热腐蚀合金DZ468,合金力学性能水平达到DZ4125合金水平,抗热腐蚀性能与IN738合金相当,具有良好组织稳定性、良好铸造工艺性能和焊接工艺性能。本文将全面介绍DZ468合金的组织特点、力学性能、物理性能和工艺性能。
