铸态U720Li合金中富Zr相的溶解与再析出

Abstract研究了铸态U720Li合金中富Zr相的溶解与再析出规律,并分析了富Zr相再析出的原因。结果表明,在1 120℃保温20h水冷,富Zr相全部溶解,残留微量硼化物。当保温时间大于30h时,富Zr相和硼化物均完全溶解。在1120℃保温5h~45h空冷组织中均观察到在粗大γ′中析出富Zr相,而在铸态组织和水冷组织中均未见此类析出物。Zr在γ′相中的溶解度比在γ基体中大,且空冷过程中过饱和度的不断增加是富Zr相在γ′相中再析出的主要原因。
