Abstract在沿海和重工业污染等重腐蚀环境中,热镀锌输电杆塔钢构件的使用寿命大大缩短。在纯锌涂层的基础上添加Al、Mg、Si、Re等元素可以明显提升涂层的耐蚀性能,并降低全寿命周期成本。本文介绍了多种新型的锌铝基合金涂层及防腐技术。冷喷涂锌铝基合金涂层具有致密性高、氧化程度低、成本低、可以现场修复、结合强度高、防护寿命更长等优点。因此,冷喷涂工艺是在重工业污染和海洋气候地区取代热浸镀锌工艺最简单,也是最有效的手段之一。
