3087锅炉用钢腐蚀原因分析

Abstract锅炉用钢3087钢管壁发生了严重的腐蚀,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪及扫描电子显微镜对钢管及钢管腐蚀产物进行了分析,发现钢管表面的腐蚀产物主要有三氧化二铁、四氧化三铁以及少量的氢氧化铁和氯化铁;同时,实际用水的氯离子含量较高,而且溶解氧和全铁的含量都远远超出了标准规定的上限值。3087锅炉用钢管在锅炉服役过程中,由于实际用水中含有较高的氧含量和氯离子,钢管表面发生均匀腐蚀和点蚀,在钢管表面上形成了大量的腐蚀产物。
