N80石油套管的CO_2腐蚀行为研究

Abstract采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)、激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)观察分析了N80石油套管的腐蚀产物形貌、成分和结构。结果表明:N80石油套管表面发生了严重的腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Fe_2O_3和FeCO_3,氧化膜疏松且存在大量空洞导致部分腐蚀产物发生剥落。结合N80管的实际服役环境讨论了其腐蚀机理。
