热处理对镍基高温合金DZ125激光再铸层腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract通过再铸层微观结构分析、电化学腐蚀行为测试、腐蚀产物X射线衍射分析以及腐蚀表面的扫描电镜观察等分析手段,研究了热处理对镍基高温合金DZ125激光再铸层在化学研磨溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:DZ125合金再铸层主要为枝晶结构,且强化相γ'相析出较少,热处理后再铸层中γ'相析出致密均匀。激光再铸层经热处理后,致密的γ'相增强了再铸层钝化保护能力,并且腐蚀速率明显小于再铸层,腐蚀倾向减小,因而热处理能显著提高激光再铸层在化学研磨溶液中的耐蚀性能。
