铅对划伤690合金应力腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract采用扫描电镜(SEM),背散射电子衍射(EBSD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了划伤690合金在330℃含铅碱溶液和高纯水中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为。结果表明:划伤过程使690合金局部产生严重变形区,该区域初始晶粒出现细化;在330℃含铅碱溶液中浸泡后试样划伤侧边出现沿机械孪晶界生长的应力腐蚀裂纹束;在高温高纯水中持续浸泡后,已有裂纹仍快速向基体延伸。材料表面或裂纹路径残留的微量铅仍促进SCC裂纹或裂纹束持续快速生长。
