高温钛合金Ti60峰值应力及热加工图研究

Abstract使用热模拟试验机Gleeble-3800测得了高温钛合金Ti60在960~1080℃和应变速率0.001~10 s~(-1)条件下的应力应变曲线。为了得到峰值应力、应变速率和变形温度的关系,拟合了Arrhenius型本构方程,获得了合金在该变形条件下的热加工图。结果表明,在变形条件960℃和0.001 s~(-1)下功率耗散因子最大,适宜Ti60合金的加工变形。
