DZ125合金涡轮叶片表面夹杂物研究

Abstract采用扫描电子显微镜系统分析了DZ125合金铸造空心叶片表面的夹杂物类型和分布,发现涡轮叶片外表面夹杂物主要是Al_2O_3和ZrO_2,大尺寸的Al_2O_3和ZrO_2夹杂物主要为外来氧化物夹杂。同时发现涡轮叶片表面最外层会形成HfO_2层,在HfO_2层下面会形成厚度更薄的Al_2O_3与SiO_2复合氧化层,叶片表面的氧化层容易形成厚度很薄的内生非金属夹杂物。
