| Abstract | 利用真空浸渍和高温熔烧方法在泡沫Ni Cr20电热合金表面制备了陶瓷涂层,研究了其在1000℃的恒温氧化行为和热震行为,通过拉伸实验评价了涂层对氧向合金中扩散的阻挡效果。试验结果表明,在构成泡沫结构的金属棱内外表面得到均匀致密的陶瓷涂层,涂层薄且与基体结合良好,能显著提高泡沫Ni Cr20电热合金在1000℃的恒温氧化性能和抗热震性能,表观拉伸强度保持在2 MPa。 |
