新型高氮无镍不锈钢与L605合金及316L不锈钢生物相容性对比研究

Abstract本文针对新型医用材料高氮无镍不锈钢与冠脉支架材料L605合金和316L不锈钢的生物相容性展开研究。血液相容性研究结果表明,3种材料均具有良好的抗溶血性能,但高氮无镍不锈钢抗溶血性能明显优于L605合金和316L不锈钢。细胞实验结果表明,相较于L605合金和316L不锈钢,高氮无镍不锈钢可以有效地抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖,对于降低支架内再狭窄具有重要意义。
