Abstract通过大气暴露腐蚀试验、失重分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法研究了Q235和Q345钢在红沿河大气环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:Q345钢在初期的腐蚀速率大于Q235钢的,随着曝晒时间的增加,两种钢的腐蚀速率趋于一致。在曝晒18个月时,腐蚀速率的下降出现平台期。红沿河工业海洋性大气环境的腐蚀等级为C3级,SO2和Cl-的协同作用体现为:在低碳钢锈层中形成了可溶性硫酸盐,从而形成了贯穿锈层的裂纹,减弱了低碳钢锈层的保护性作用。
