DZ125合金涡轮叶片榫头缺陷成因分析

Abstract采用DZ125合金制备某型航空发动机涡轮叶片时,发现叶片榫头处存在大量缺陷而报废。通过金相检验(OM)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)等方法,对缺陷的形成原因进行了研究。结果表明,叶片榫头处的缺陷为大尺寸的疏松。由于合金终凝温度较低,在浇注叶片时容易造成榫头部位凝固滞后,从而产生大量疏松。通过延长保温时间、降低抽拉速度等方法,可以大大减少涡轮叶片中此类缺陷的存在。
