表面再结晶对DZ406定向凝固镍基高温合金力学性能的影响

Abstract研究了喷砂后DZ406高温合金在热处理过程中的组织变化及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明,喷砂后合金在热处理过程中产生了表面再结晶。经固溶处理后,合金试样表面再结晶深度达到5μm,时效处理后,再结晶深度进一步加深至20μm。表面再结晶导致DZ406高温合金在870℃的高温拉伸性能明显下降;再结晶厚度在持久过程中进一步增加,导致DZ406高温合金在980℃/275 MPa条件下的持久性能大幅降低。
