| Abstract | 六价铬电镀技术因对人和环境具有严重的危害而被越来越多的国家限制使用,三价铬电镀技术作为最有希望替代六价铬电镀的技术之一备受各国研究者关注。中国作为电镀大国,环保化是发展的必然趋势,三价铬电镀技术也成为国内科技工作者研究的热点。对我国三价铬电镀技术的专利申请情况进行检索,从镀液组成、阳极材料、镀层性能等方面对三价铬电镀技术现状和发展方向进行了综述分析。 |
