镍元素添加对铁基非晶涂层结构及性能影响

Abstract采用高速电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢基体上制备一系列FeCrNiMoBSi铁基非晶涂层。通过SEM、XRD、显微硬度计等对涂层形貌、相组成、显微硬度及涂层附着力进行分析。结果表明,随着镍含量的添加,涂层的非晶含量和显微硬度呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,当镍含量为3%时,非晶含量最高为42.6%。非晶含量的增加使整个组织更加均匀,硬度达到最高为893 Hv,镍含量超过3%时,体系中铬的含量降低,使涂层的硬度下降。涂层的结合力最高达到43.3 MPa,且随镍含量的增加呈现出降低的趋势,推测是镍含量的添加改变合金体系的熔点,导致涂层不完全熔融粒子比例增加从而导致了涂层结合力下降。
