反应釜顶盖泄漏分析

Abstract某企业一个由Inconel 625合金制成的反应釜使用约10天后在顶盖处发生泄漏。通过宏观检查、断口观察、微观组织分析、成分分析,揭示泄漏反应釜顶盖开裂机制。分析结果表明:裂纹位于顶盖接管处的环焊缝周围,起源于焊接热影响区,属于焊接再热裂纹。同时,反应釜加工过程中未经退火处理,加工残余应力较大,同时工作温度较高,在高温工况与残余应力的综合作用下产生再热裂纹,当裂纹长度穿透反应釜顶盖时,导致泄漏。
