管材超声探伤用标准人工缺陷计量标准选择分析

Abstract航空不锈钢管材超声探伤用标准人工缺陷的最小深度为50μm,其最大允许误差绝对值MPEV仅为5μm,对于允差很小的微小尺寸测量,选择合适的计量标准尤为关键。本文采用显微镜+测量软件作为计量标准对样品进行测量,通过对测量结果的不确定度及其符合性的评定,认为采用显微镜+测量软件作为计量标准对人工缺陷复形样品剖面进行测量可以满足计量要求。
