| Abstract | 将Rietveld全谱拟合方法应用到低碳钢表面锈层的定量分析上,用来解决低碳钢Q235表面锈层的物相定量分析问题。首先,配制一系列已知成分样品,对其进行XRD测试,然后选择Rietveld全谱拟合定量分析软件,优化拟合参数,反复摸索解析方法和参数设置,找到全谱拟合定量误差较小的分析软件,使用误差较小的分析软件对低碳钢锈层进行Rietveld全谱拟合。 |
