Effect of solution heat treatment parameters on the grain growth in cold-deformed Incone1718 alloy

摘要The effects of solution heat treatment (SHT) on the grain growth in cold-deformed Incone1718 alloy have been investigated. The results reveal that the grain grow slowly during the anneal at 980 degrees C, 990 degrees C and 1000 degrees C. The growth exponents (eta) have a small value, and are 0.122, 0.177 and 0.181, respectively. The values of eta increase with the raise of SHT temperature. A fine structure can be obtained after annealing at 980 degrees C. When annealed at 990 degrees C similar to 1090 degrees C, the delta phase is precipitated. Holding 30 min, the effect of the delta phase is not obviously, grain grow equably. The experimental data of the apparent activiation energy (Q) for grain grow is 176 kJ/mol The gain grow kinetics is that the grain boundary migrate by atoms diffuse though boundary vacancy. Holding 60 min, during 990 degrees C similar to 1030 degrees C, the grain diameter D has a slightly increase with the increase of the solution temperature Above 1030 degrees C, grain coarsen.
