摘要 | The effects of heat treatment on the microstructures and stress rupture properties for the single crystal Ni-base superalloy have been investigated. The results show that the longer the solution treatment time is, the more homogenous the size of gamma' phase is, resulting in the improvement of their stress rupture properties. The moderate size of cubic gamma' phase can be obtained by ageing at 1080 degrees C for 4 h and at 1150 degrees C for 4 h. The rupture life of the alloy treated at 1080 degrees C for 4 h is longer than that at 1150 degrees C for 4 h at high temperature and low stress, but no obvious difference for the alloy treated by the two aging conditions at moderate temperature and high stress. |
