摘要 | When the boron content was 0.005% and phosphorus content was increased from 0.000 7% to 0.023%, the stress rupture life of GH761 alloy at 650 degrees C and 637 MPa was increased by 3 times. Keeping the phosphorus content at 0.023% and increasing the boron content to 0.011% or more, the life was greatly decreased. Phosphorus and boron did not exhibit noticeable influence on the tensile properties either at room temperature or at 650 degrees C. The proper content of phosphorus and boron in GH761 alloy should be controlled around 0.023% and 0.005%, respectively. Phosphorus will increase the precipitation of borides at the grain boundaries, a higher addition of boron would cause the excessive precipitation of borides, which will cause the cohesion of the grain boundaries to decrease the life of the alloy, so the boron content should not be too high when phosphorus and boron are used make microalloying. |
