摘要 | The interfacial microstructure of Sic fibre reinforced Ti-22Al-23Nb-2Ta alloy composite, which was prepared by hot pressing of magnetron sputtering coating precursor wire, was investigated by analytical electron microscopy (AEM). A new interfacial structure, consisting of fine grain TiC+TiSi, equiaxed Tic and(Al, Ti)Nb-2 phase layer, was found at the fibre /alloy interface of the composite. A formation mechanism of the interface is proposed as follows: the reaction of Ti with C-coating formed Tic, as a result, Nb rich zone appeared in Ti-depletion layer beneath Tic layer and formed (Al, Ti)Nb-2 phase. |
