摘要 | A kind of nickel-base single crystal superalloy DD98 was bonded with transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding process by using Ni-Cr-B amorphous foil. The TLP bonding was carried out at 1230 degrees C for 8 h in vacuum. The tensile properties of TLP bonds and matrix were examined. The results show that the microstructure and composition of the bonded zone are similar to those of the substrate. The tensile strength of TLP joints indicates the identical level of base metal, and the other tensile properties are almost the same as those of the base metal. The stress-strain curves of the TLP bonds are similar to the base metal. |
