MAEAM model for the solubility of Mo-Pd binary alloys

摘要The terminal solubilities of Mo-Pd binary alloys at typical temperatures were calculated with the modified analytic embedded atom method (MAEAM). The results show that the terminal solubilities are 0.6 at% for Pd in Mo and 26.8 at % for Mo in I'd at the quenching temperature of 1473 K, and 1.1 at% and 29.5 at% at the peritectic temperature about 2080 K, respectively. The calculation results are in good agreement with the theoretical and experimental results in the orders.
