Effect of heat treatment on the creeping strength of nickel-base single crystal superalloy at high temperature

摘要Tensile creep tests have been carried out at 1050 degrees C, 160 MPa to analyze the effect of heat treatment on the creeping behavior of nickel-based single crystal superalloy at high temperatures. The results show that the heat cuboidal and regularly distributed gamma' phase with the size around 0.4 mu m can improve the creeping strength at high temperature, and the of gamma' phases in undersize and oversize will reduce the creeping property of alloy. It is concluded that the perfection degree of rafted structure will influence the creeping strength, and the secondary gamma' phase has no effect on the creeping strength in this condition.
