摘要 | By mean of observation of the microstructure of oxide layer for oxidized NiCoCrAlYSi coating and measurement of the isothermal cyclic oxidation mass-change curves., the high temperature oxidation characteristic with and without coating for single crystal nickel-base superalloy has been investigated. The results show that the fact of an obvious oxidation and internal oxidation occurs in the superalloy without coating during oxidation at high temperature, and the poor-aluminum areas appear near the bulk abnormity internal oxides, which leads to the gamma' phase disappear. The relation between the poor-aluminum areas size and time obeys the parabola regularity. The alloy without coating displays the different dynamics characteristic during cyclic oxidation at different temperatures. A great mass fluctuation during cyclic oxidation at 1040 degrees C for the alloy without coating is due to the alternate selected oxidation of the element Al and Cr. No obvious lost weight was detected in the coating alloy during cyclic oxidation at different temperatures, which proves that NiCoCrAlYSi coating can effectively improve the properties of the oxidation resistance of the superalloy. |
