摘要 | The pure Ti layer was presetted on AZ91 surface by cold spraying; consequently the top Ti layer was subjected to the microarc oxidation treatment to enhance the bioactivity. The microstructure of coatings on Mg alloy was examined using SEM, XRD and EDS methods. The corrosion resistance of the A291 alloy with Ti coating in simulated body fluid (SBF) was evaluated by dynamic potential polarizing test. The results show that the presetted Ti layer, with about 100 mu m thickness, is rather rough in the surface. After microarc oxidation treatment, a thin film with rather fine discharging pores was formed on the Ti layer surface. The newly formed film is mainly composed of Ti(2)O(3) phase, also containing a small amount of amorphous component such as Ca and P. The micoarc oxidation treatment is helpful to improve the bioactivity and density of Ti layer. The self-corrosion potential of composite coating containing Ti is increased by about 0.3 V in SBF, which indicates that the corrosion resistance capacity is improved. |
