电流体动力学技术制备的Sn—Bi纳米超微粉的微观结构特征

Abstract采用电流体动力学技术制备了Sn-Bi纳米超微粉,利用X射线衍射,透射电子显微镜和高分辨电子显微镜研究了Sn-Bi纳米超微粉的微观结构特征,结果表明:所制取的Sn-Bi纳米超微粉由四方结构的β-Sn单相过饱和固溶体和菱方结构的Bi单相过饱和固溶体所组成。
