Abstract电脉冲作为一种重要的加热方法,是由Avramescu于1939年首先提出的。由于这项工艺具有极短的加热周期和极少的热损失并伴有一些特殊的效应,如电致迁移、电致塑性和非晶晶化等,因而获得了大量非常有价值的科研成果。本文在单脉冲高密度电流处理的超硬铝合金中发现了纳米铝的形成,并作了一些机制上的探索。可见,电脉冲丰富了硬铝合金的微结构,这无疑会对合金的力学性能产生有利的影响。
