Fe—Zr—B纳米晶合金的热膨胀和磁性研究

Abstract将非晶态Fe-Zr-B合金经不同温度退火制备成纳米晶合金,测量了它们的热膨胀曲和饱和磁化强度,初步结果表明,纳米晶的形成导致Curie温度以下的热膨胀系数和77K下的饱和磁矩急剧增加,而Tc以上的热膨胀系数几乎不随退火温度变化,用因瓦效应解释了实验结果。
