Cu(110)表面结构的透射电镜原位观察

Abstract用高分辨透射电子显微镜中的电子束对Cu(110)表面进行连续照射,随着电子束辐照时间的增加,Cu(110)表面形貌和结构不断变化,当辐射时间足够长,样品足够薄时,高分辨电子显微术观察像中可以观察到一些条状衬度,我们认为,这些条状衬度是由Cu(110)表面化学吸附O形成Cu-O链的结果。
