新型CeO2改性低温渗铝涂层在模拟燃煤流化床中的冲蚀/腐蚀行为研究

Abstract利用Ni与CeO2纳米颗粒共电沉积在A3钢表面制备了一层纳米晶结构的Ni-CeO2复合膜(镍晶粒平均尺寸为60±38nm),然后在600℃扩散渗铝5小时获得一种新型CeO2改性的低温渗铝涂层.同时,在上述条件下制备了单镀镍渗铝涂层以及A3钢渗铝涂层作为对比.550℃~850℃模拟流化床燃煤环境中100h冲蚀/腐蚀实验表明,Ni—CeO2复合膜渗铝涂层较单镀镍渗铝涂层和A3钢渗铝涂层具有更好的抗冲蚀/腐蚀能力.
Other AbstractA novel CeO2-modified low-temperature aluminized coating was fabricated on a nanostructured Ni-CeO2 composite film (the mean grain size of Ni grains :60 ±38nm),which was deposited on an A3 steel by co-electrodeposition of Ni and CeO2 nanoparticles from a nickel sulfate bath,and then aluminized by using a conventional halide-activated pack cementation method but at 600℃ for 5 h. An electrodeposited Ni- film-coated A3 and a bare A3 were aluminized under the same condition for comparison. The three aluminized coatings were exposed in a laboratory-scale fluidized-bed combustor (FBC) for 100 h in a temperature range of 550 - 850℃, The result showed that the CeO2-dispersed aluminized coating exhibited the best oxidation-erosion resistance ,due to that it had the hardest surface and maintained the growth of an adherent alumina scale, in contrast, alumina scales formed on the other two aluminized coatings had exhibited a severe cracking and spalling susceptibility, causing a complete degradation of aluminide phases.
