直热式化学气相渗C/C复合材料研究

Abstract采用直热式化学气相渗工艺制备了C/C复合材料,以2D无纬织物和碳毡为纤维预制体,液化石油气为碳源气体,在常压下经25h左右沉积得到整体密度分别为1.60g·cm^-3和1.78g·cm^-3的C/C复合材料。观察了材料的微观结构,测试了材料的力学性能和热物理性能。结果表明,直热式化学气相渗制备的C/C复合材料具有良好的力学性能和热物理性能,是一种较为理想的制备C/C复合材料的新工艺。
