对运行14.7万h10CrMo910钢主蒸汽管道组织性能的评定

Abstract运用化学成分分析、常温力学性能试验、金相和电镜显微分析、碳化物分析、持久强度试验等方法。对运行了146967h后的娘子关发电厂4号机组2号10CrMo910钢主蒸汽管道进行组织与性能评定.实验结果表明:该主蒸汽管道在运行146967h后,10CrMo910钢的常温力学性能均符合DIN17175标准;贝氏体组织特征仍然明显,晶粒大小、碳化物分布较均匀;在贝氏体和铁素体晶界上已经产生了碳化物的析出和聚集长大;晶界仅有少量的单个蠕变孔洞,属于Ⅱ级蠕变,处于蠕变第二阶段;组织状态与机械性能依然良好,该主蒸汽管道可以继续安全运行。
