| Abstract | 通过在Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷与４０Ｃｒ钢钎焊接头中间层方法，可以有效地降低钎焊接头残余应力，提高钎焊接头强度，试验结果表明，薄软中间层材料以Ｎｂ为最好，其最佳厚度为８０μｍ，４００℃平均三点弯曲强度达到６００ＭＰａ，本文提出了在钎焊接产砂中残余应力因子及其数学表达式，残余应力因子的计算值与测试的钎焊接头弯曲强度的值是相吻合的。 |
