大型锻件坯料内裂纹愈合的物理模拟

Abstract针对锻造过程中钢锭内部裂纹缺陷的愈合情况进行研究,设计了裂纹愈合的实验室模拟实验与工业级模拟实验.通过在Gleeble热压缩试样中预制裂纹缺陷,研究了变形温度和变形量对内部裂纹愈合的影响,发现变形温度越高,变形量越大,内裂纹的愈合效果越好.为了验证Gleeble实验结果的准确性,保证其结果在实际锻造生产中的适用性,设计了锻件内部裂纹愈合的工业级模拟实验.结果表明在1200℃,变形量为40%时,可以有效焊合锻件内部裂纹.
Other AbstractThe healing behavior of internal cracks in an ingot during the forging process was investigated using laboratory and industrial simulation studies. During the laboratory experiment,specimens with artificial cracks were hot compressed by a Gleeble simulator,and the effect of temperature and deformation ratio on inner crack healing was studied. The experimental result shows that the higher the deformation temperature or greater the deformation,the better the healing effect. To verify the accuracy and applicability of the result in an actual forging process,an industrial experiment was designed and performed. The result shows that internal cracks can be effectively metallurgically bonded at a temperature of 1200 ℃ and deformation ratio of 40%.
