AbstractA series of new isoxazolines were prepared by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between different mono-substituted styrenes and new 1,3-dipolar compounds which were synthesized by the reaction of N-methylhydroxylamine sulfate with aromatic carbonyl compounds. This synthetic pathway of 5-substituted isoxazolines was an good process in green chemistry. The chemical structures of these products were characterized by H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, COSY, HSQC and DEPT. Their bioactivities have been tested also in the laboratory, finding that some new compounds inhibited Botrytis Cinerea effectively.
