超低碳贝氏体(ULCB)焊接材料的研究进展

Abstract介绍了超低碳贝氏体(ULCB)焊接材料产生的背景、超低碳贝氏体焊缝强韧化机制和冶金理论,还介绍了影响超低碳贝氏体焊缝性能的因素,以及使用该焊接材料时需要解决的问题。文中指出,虽然ULCB焊接材料具有优异的性能,但是焊接方法的选取和保护气氛的选择,对焊缝的性能有很大的影响。焊缝组织和硬度对冷却速率不敏感。最后指出ULCB焊接材料的广泛应用必须解决生产效率问题,通过控制夹杂物大小和消除柱状晶进一步改善焊缝的韧性。
