微弧氧化铝合金与高铝超薄玻璃的激光焊接性能及机理

Abstract利用微弧氧化工艺,在铝合金表面制备了不同厚度的氧化涂层,对微弧氧化铝合金和高铝超薄玻璃进行了激光透射焊接。研究了微弧氧化涂层厚度对焊接件的剪切力、焊缝形貌及焊缝结合界面的影响,并分析了焊缝形成机理。研究结果表明,微弧氧化涂层能够有效地充当焊接件的激光能量吸收层和缓冲层,焊缝处形成的混合镶嵌结构是实现材料连接的主要原因;微弧氧化涂层越薄,焊接件的剪切力越大。
